Yksi tärkeimmistä syistä väsymykseen liikunnan aikana ovat tyhjät hiilihydraattivarastot. Lisähiilihydraattien lisäämisen liikunnan aikana tiedetään parantavan suorituskykyä ja juoksuaikaa sekä viivästyttävän väsymyksen alkamista. Isotonisen koostumuksen ansiosta geeli tyhjenee nopeasti vatsasta, koska mahassa ei tarvitse muodostaa nestettä geelin laimentamiseksi, jolloin energiaa saadaan nopeasti. SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gels on erittäin kätevä ja helppo kuljettaa mukana ilman tilaa vieviä pulloja.

Kuinka käyttää: 1:

Kuluta 1-3 geeliä tunnissa kestävyysharjoittelun aikana hiilihydraattien käyttöasteen maksimoimiseksi. Vaihtoehtoisesti voit ottaa geelin kesken toistuvan korkean intensiteetin harjoittelun (kuten jalkapallon tai rugbyn) täydentämään nopeasti glykogeenivarastojasi.
