There is nothing worse than being held up by a technical problem on the way to or from work. That's why Mavic E-Speedcity wheels are designed for high resilience and durability.

ROBUST. Mavic has taken into account the extra weight and stresses that come with daily commuting, and accordingly designed wheels that feature a 25 % higher maximum load capacity than traditional road bike models.

SUSTAINABLE. To protect the environment, the rims are made of 90 % recycled aluminum. In addition, all components are manufactured by Mavic directly in France or sourced from European suppliers. Like all Mavic wheels, the E-Speedcity 1 models are made by hand.

HIGH QUALITY. In line with the high-end models from Mavic, particularly smooth-running industrial bearings are also used in the hubs of the E-Speedcity wheels. And even the strongest E-drivetrains are no problem for the freewheel mechanism of the rear wheel, since this is perfectly matched to their high torques.

TIRELESS. With an inner rim width of 30 mm, the E-Speedcity 1 wheels are ideally suited for the wider tires of current E-SUV bikes. By enabling riding with a low tire pressure, the PFP rim profile (Pinch Flat Protection) noticeably increases comfort. At the same time, the technology offers greater puncture protection when overcoming obstacles such as potholes or curbs.
